Privacy notice
This notice explains how Sun 9 Services Technology Private Ltd. handles information when you use the AOI Outcome Lab. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@zosoko.com.
For guest Lab access, we use the email you submit and a randomly generated guest identifier; we do not verify that email. The working Engineering demo uses a separate authenticated workspace account and access checks. Guest story requests record the story, release and request time; opening a story does not prove that you read, finished or understood it.
Guest story feedback is optional. It records the submitted choice and comment, story and release, and the unverified email entered for that guest visit. Engineering decisions and preference challenges are separate authenticated records tied to the selected assessment. We follow up on guest feedback only when you ask. Optional name and company are supplied by you, not inferred from your address. Entering the Lab does not subscribe you to marketing.
The public contact form remains available without signing in. Your name, email and message are used to respond. Please do not send confidential records, passwords or verification codes.
Story-open records become eligible for deletion after 30 days; ordinary enquiries after 90 days; and visitor and feedback records after 90 days of inactivity. An explicitly requested active conversation may have a documented, time-limited extension. Pending or uncertain notifications have a finite operator review deadline. Deletion is run by an operator, not an automatic timer.
For a guest Lab visit, “End this visit” clears that guest visit’s access; it does not delete submitted information or sign out a separate Engineering workspace session. Contact support@zosoko.com to request deletion or ask us not to contact you. We may need to verify that a request concerns you. We retain a hashed contact reference to honour a do-not-contact request. It has no automatic expiry and remains until the request is withdrawn or reviewed.
We use WeWeb for the website, Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse, Render for the service and its database, and Resend for email notifications. Supabase provides authentication for the separate Engineering workspace. The stories display saved evidence; opening or exploring them does not generate a new AI assessment.
